Through education and empowerment, I help groups learn to recognize the signs of mental health challenges and addiction, create a safe and open environment for individuals, and learn to prioritize mental health in both personal and professional settings.

I create safe spaces to talk about mental health and addictions without shame.

My journey with speaking began when I had the privilege of teaching the mental health and addictions course to Alberta Peace Officers, Correctional Officers, and Sheriffs through the Solicitor General College.

As a mental health and addictions speaker and consultant, I focus on teaching and empowering people to understand mental health and addiction within their workplace, community and often their own homes.

When we know better, we do better.

And that’s why I speak. To break stigma, build awareness, and give people the confidence to support themselves and others with compassion and care.

I’m not your average mental health and addictions speaker.

In every presentation, I share real-world experience, grounded expertise, and a deep understanding of challenging topics and how to build community support in genuinely helpful and impactful ways.
