About Me

Real change.

My goal is to help you feel better, faster, without having to rehash every painful detail or spend years in therapy.

I help everyday people heal from trauma, improve their self-worth, move anxiety, shift perspectives, and ultimately be better partners, parents, friends, etc.

I do this using a powerful evidence-based modality called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This isn’t traditional talk therapy. It’s targeted, effective, and honestly, kind of magic.

I believe in building authentic, trusting relationships, whether you’re working through low self worth, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or just simply looking to improve your mental health.

I’m not your typical therapist.

A woman relaxing in an office, sitting in a black ergonomic chair, with her feet up on a white desk, reading a book. She is wearing glasses, a denim jacket, black ripped jeans, and white sneakers. The office has a large window with natural light, green walls with framed certificates, a small shelf with plants, and a blackboard with the words "You are worthy of great things". There is a white lamp and a green mug on the desk, and a black rug on the floor.

With over 17 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with both youth and adults in Alberta, helping them navigate and heal from trauma, addiction, low self-worth, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

My background includes working in outpatient and inpatient treatment programs, facilitating mental health and addiction programs in schools, correctional facilities, and communities. I’ve led treatment teams, developed addiction and mental health programs, and have always worked closely with community partners to ensure people receive the support they need.

IN THE OFFICE

I show up to the office in jeans and a t-shirt, and often sit cross-legged during our sessions (because comfort matters).

I bring a blend of science-backed therapy, knowledge, and real-life relatability into every session.

No clinical jargon. No endless talking.

Just genuine care, support and a therapy that works fast.

Behind her are three black framed art prints of mountain landscapes and a black sun or moon. There are green and black pillows on the couch and a small side table with a decorative box on it to the right.

OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE

I grew up in Devon, Alberta and now live on an acreage with my husband and our 8-year-old son.

I love spending time with my family, travelling, skiing, and working out.

I consider myself loyal, authentic, and compassionate, and I really enjoy getting to know people.

You’ll see photos of Frankie, our sweet Golden Retriever Cocker Spaniel mix, who is being trained as an assistant therapy dog for the office!

Let’s get started.
