Each session is 90 minutes to allow for deeper, more complete work, without feeling rushed. My fees reflect the extended time, experience, and advanced training involved in providing a specialized therapy designed to deliver rapid, lasting results.

Initial Assessment Session (90 Minutes) $235+GST
A thorough exploration of your concerns, goals, strengths, and key life areas—including childhood experiences, relationships, health, and support systems. As well as, an introduction to Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), with education and open discussion on mental health, trauma and how ART facilitates healing and change.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy Counselling Session (90 Minutes) $250+GST
90-minute Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) session focused on your identified goal. The assessment needs to be completed before booking.
Sport Performance Assessment & Parent/Child Intake Session - Ages 13 + (90 Minutes) $235+GST
The first session includes a full athlete assessment plus a parent–youth information session. Parent participation in the first 45 minutes is required, as parental understanding plays a key role in an athlete’s confidence, regulation, and performance.
Sport Performance Session (90 Minutes) $250+GST
A focused session designed to quickly shift how your brain processes challenges that impact your mental performance. Whether it’s confidence, mental blocks, handling pressure, motivation, physicality, disappointment, injuries, or setbacks, this session targets what’s holding you back so you can perform at your best,
Benefit Coverage
My services are covered by most major insurance companies; however, coverage can vary between plans. Please confirm that your plan includes coverage for a “Counsellor” to ensure you can use direct billing or receive reimbursement.Canada Life

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To respect everyone's time and ensure availability for others, the following fees may apply:
Cancellations or Rescheduling within 48 Hours: Subject to a $200 fee.
Cancellations or Rescheduling within 24 Hours or Missed Appointments with No Notice: Subject to a $250 fee.
