Free 20-Minute Phone Consultation
A free consultation to ensure a good fit for you. Let's talk about your concerns, goals, and my counselling approach.
Initial Assessment Session (90 Minutes) – $225 + GST
A thorough exploration of your concerns, goals, strengths, and key life areas—including childhood experiences, relationships, health, and support systems. As well as, an introduction to Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), with education and open discussion on mental health, trauma and how ART facilitates healing and change.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Counselling Session (90 Minutes) – $225 + GST
90-minute Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) session focused on your identified counselling goal.
The assessment needs to be completed before booking.
Reduced Rates
Available for individuals experiencing financial hardship without access to benefits. A consultation is required to discuss eligibility.
Payment Methods
Payment in full is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment include debit, credit card or etransfer.
Insurance Coverage
If your group insurance plan includes coverage for a "Counsellor" under the Association of Counselling Therapists of Alberta (ACTA), you would be eligible for reimbursement or direct billing. Please confirm eligibility with your provider in advance to avoid unexpected expenses.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To respect everyone's time and ensure availability for others, the following fees apply:
Cancellations or Rescheduling within 48 Hours: Subject to a $185 fee.
Cancellations or Rescheduling within 24 Hours or Missed Appointments with No Notice: Subject to a $225 fee.
Due to active waitlists, this policy is consistently applied. However, emergencies and illnesses are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrivals:
Appointments are held for up to 15 minutes. Beyond this, without notification, the session may be considered a no-show, and I may not be available to take your session.
Note: Many insurance companies do not cover late cancellation or no-show fees, making you responsible for these charges.
