Before beginning ART, we’ll make sure you feel safe, supported, and fully informed. Your first appointment includes an assessment to understand your concerns and goals, along with education about mental health, coping strategies, and how Accelerated Resolution Therapy works.
Each ART session follows a calm, structured process. Through guided visualization and bilateral eye movements, ART helps the brain and body release the emotional and physical patterns connected to distressing memories or experiences.
Most people notice significant shifts within 1–5 sessions, though the number can vary. Afterward, clients are welcome to return as needed for additional support or fine-tuning.
